Cancellation Policy

ARRIVING LATE: I understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you arrive late for your appointment more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results, over 20mins with no notice given your appointment will be canceled and the no show fee will be charged. If you would like to reschedule, it is same with late cancellation. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time.
